Facts or Fiction?
So you want the facts do you?
ok.. here we go.
Q. Can consuming table
sugar, sugar in foods and simple carbohydrates like
white flour make my yeast infection and thrush grow out of
control?
A. The simple answer is
Yes.
Q. Can I substitute
sugar with artificial sweeteners.
A. Yes you can, however some people believe that artificial
sweetners
are not safe. There is a great controversy about this
subject.
I suggest you do your own research on this, but for the record
the
U.S Federal Drug Administration has approved the artificial
sweeteners
we see everday on the supermarket
shelves.
Q. If I just can't
take it anymore and need to eat a chocolate bar every now
and then will it bring my Yeast Infection right
back?
A. No it won't, you
should be fine.
However, You are doing so well you should consider a piece of
fruit or diet yogurt.
But if you must eat that chocolate bar then eat it after a
proper meal.
Sugar eaten with other proper foods can break down slower and
your body can handle it alot better than eating it by itself
for a quick sugar fix with a coffee.
A low fat muesli bar is good with a coffee or tea.
Q. Is this all just in my head
and caused by stress?
A. While stress can do
funny things to you and cause a number of
health problems it is unlikely it is causing your yeast
infection.
However, Overeating and wanting a sugar fix is
phycological.

excercise help get rid of my yeast

helps the movement
of toxins in your intestines to move out of your
body.

recommended on this site help my
children?
