white flour make my yeast infection and thrush grow out of control?

A. Yes you can, however some people believe that artificial sweetners
are not safe. There is a great controversy about this subject.

U.S Federal Drug Administration has approved the artificial sweeteners
we see everday on the supermarket shelves.

Q. If I just can't take it anymore and need to eat a chocolate bar every now and then will it bring my Yeast Infection right back?

A. No it won't, you should be fine.
However, You are doing so well you should consider a piece of fruit or diet yogurt.
But if you must eat that chocolate bar then eat it after a proper meal.
Sugar eaten with other proper foods can break down slower and your body can handle it alot better than eating it by itself for a quick sugar fix with a coffee.
A low fat muesli bar is good with a coffee or tea.
