Sugar
Cravings
I am going to try to
delve into the subconscious mind here.
Ok, I know you have sugar
cravings in between meals.
I know this because when I had my yeast infection I had the
exact same cravings.
Can I tell you a little story...
The more I ate sugar and chocolate, the more I wanted
it.
It was an insatiable desire to eat more and more
because I felt hungry.
Well, I "thought" I was
hungry is the Key sentence here.
I was my own worst enemy and I didn't even know it.
My husband was worse than me, He had a real sugar
addiction.
At times I thought I could strangle him because he put off
mowing
the lawn because he said he was doing other "stuff ".
Mind you he kept coming to the refrigerator for that "Snack"
while Doing "Stuff ".
Why was he doing this?
More on that later...
When I felt tired I didn't lie down or rest.
When I Had to clean up the house or do other things that
needed
doing I found myself just putting it off and going to the
cupboard.
"I think I will have that biscuit or 2 with a coffee".. Sound
familiar?
Or, Maybe you do all the work you need to do
and then decide
you deserve that little chocolate treat with your cup of coffee
or tea.
You go and sit down put your feet up in front of the TV and
munch out.
Your probably thinking, What the heck does
this have to do with Yeast infections.

So, is this all in your head?
Well, I find out it was and you will find
this out as well.
Ask yourself, "What are you truly seeking
when you look for that sugar fix?"
If you are like me and most other people you
seek happiness.
From when you were a child you did this naturally.
You were happy and loved discovering new things and yes, new
foods.
You seek to have a great and fulfilling life. You want that
perfect relationship
with your partner and you want to feel good about where you are
heading.
You want good health and strive to be the best person you can
be, right?
You have dreams and goals for yourself and your family..
Right?
So you often seek happiness outside
yourself. This is natural.
You may think that having that snack is one
of life's pleasures that makes
you happy, well yes it does but at what cost? The cost is your
health!
We block out any of life's unpleasantness with sugar and simple
foods.
If you realise that what you are really
searching for is to be safe, happy,
and content or you may just crave excitement in life as
well.
Once you realise this, you will be able to have the strength
and fight your
sugar addiction because you know it's not sugar you want but a
happy life
and what comes along with that.
My addiction to Sugar was just my desire to
feel full and satisfied with my life.
I am betting that you may be nodding your head in agreement
right now.
When you eat sugar and simple foods it rushes into your body
and gives you a high and a sense of fulfillment but you soon
come crashing down.
So, How can we fix this?
